It is acknowledged we do not have any right, title or interest in the Logo, or other than as expressly set out in the Terms of Use as expressed by Te Taura Whiri I Māori Language Commission.

In accordance with the Terms of Use, we agree not to sell or distribute use of the logo on any materials for financial gain.

All goodwill arising from the use of the Logo will be exclusive property of Te Taura Whiri I Māori Language Commission and will inure for their benefit.
